where do forgotten ideas go? Do they get lost in space? carry a little notebook and write down you ideas.
if you are sleepless don't drive, don't make decisions, don't judge people, don't think about sad memories, don't make plans about future, don't think about when you will be able to sleep again. If you are sleepless think about insomniac detectives in film noir classes and feel how cool you are. Use your distorted mind for making free associations then tell them to your friends make them giggled and feel happy about it.
While sitting sleepless in the tea garden and silly idea seems brilliant even genius to me...
